Santiago Miahuatlán is a Municipality of 21993 inhabitants, placed in the State of Puebla, with a fertility rate of 2.46 children per woman. 10.20% of the population migrated from outside the State of Puebla. 13.68% of the population is indigenous, 6.75% of the inhabitants speak one indigenous language, and 0.11% speak that indigenous language, but not Spanish.
