The town of Corralixpa belongs to the municipality of Milpa Alta (State of Ciudad de México - DF). There are 245 inhabitants and it is 2,857 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Tepoztlán is 31 minutes away by car (31 km). It is the most populated town in the position #38 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Texacatipac, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2015.
