The town of Tandzumadz belongs to the municipality of Huehuetlán (State of San Luis PotosÃ). There are 1,142 inhabitants and it is 423 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Aquismón is 11 minutes away by car (10 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #2 in terms of number of inhabitants.
This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Tan dhumadh (Tandzumadz). The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
