The town of San Antonio (Tlaxcala) belongs to the municipality of Huamantla. There are 2 inhabitants and it is 2,480 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Huamantla is 3 minutes away by car (3 km). It is the most populated town in the position #101 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Rancho San Antonio, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to be annexed to Huamantla in the year 2010. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2002.
