The town of Santa Mónica (Baja California) belongs to the municipality of Tijuana. There are 16 inhabitants and it is 243 meters altitude. It's a beach town: the beach of Playas Rosarito is 20 km away. The Magical Town of Tecate is 64 minutes away by car (45 km). It is the most populated town in the position #164 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Rancho Santa Mónica. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
