The town of San Juan (Baja California) belongs to the municipality of Tijuana. There are 28 inhabitants and it is 266 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Tecate is 39 minutes away by car (28 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #99 in terms of number of inhabitants.

The locality was formerly known as Rancho San Juan, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2010.
