The town of San Antonio (Baja California) belongs to the municipality of Tijuana. It's a beach town: the beach of Playas Rosarito is 20 km away. The Magical Town of Tecate is 61 minutes away by car (56 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #321 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Rancho San Antonio. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
