The town of La Angostura (Baja California) belongs to the municipality of Tijuana. There are 37 inhabitants and it is 217 meters altitude. It's a beach town: the beach of Playas Rosarito is 20 km away. The Magical Town of Tecate is 76 minutes away by car (52 km). It is the most populated town in the position #104 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Rancho la Angostura, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2010.
