The town of El Valle belongs to the municipality of Tijuana (State of Baja California). There are 17 inhabitants and it is 242 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Tecate is 18 minutes away by car (17 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #132 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Rancho el Valle. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
