The town of El Naranjo belongs to the municipality of Tapachula (State of Chiapas). There are 11 inhabitants and it is 18 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #517 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Guadalupe Dos, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2020, the locality changed its name.
