The town of San Antonio belongs to the municipality of Tijuana (State of Baja California). There are 1,159 inhabitants and it is 164 meters altitude. It's a beach town: the beach of Playas Los Buenos is 6 km away. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #21 in terms of number of inhabitants.

The locality was formerly known as Fraccionamiento Lomas de San Antonio, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
