The town of Copexalco belongs to the municipality of Milpa Alta (State of Ciudad de México - DF). There are 69 inhabitants and it is 2,577 meters altitude. The locality was formerly known as Cerrada Francisco I. Madero, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2019.
