The town of Los Cuijes belongs to the municipality of Ramos Arizpe (State of Coahuila). There are 3 inhabitants and it is 1,428 meters altitude. The locality was formerly known as Cañón del Tule, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2012, the locality changed its name.
