The town of El Panteón (State of Mexico) belongs to the municipality of Villa Victoria. There are 541 inhabitants and it is 2,675 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Mineral de Angangueo is 55 minutes away by car (50 km). It is the most populated town in the position #75 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as Barrio del Panteón, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
