The town of Ramejé belongs to the municipality of Villa Victoria (State of Estado de México). There are 975 inhabitants and it is 2,735 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Mineral de Angangueo is 60 minutes away by car (42 km). In the list of the most populated towns of the whole municipality, it is the number #44 of the ranking.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Barrio de Ramejé. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
