The town of Bajío de Ahuichila belongs to the municipality of Viesca (State of Coahuila). There are 71 inhabitants and it is 1,299 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Viesca is 52 minutes away by car (49 km). It is the most populated town in the position #31 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Bajío de Huichila (Huichila). In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
