The town of Acatlahuco belongs to the municipality of Milpa Alta (State of Ciudad de México - DF). There are 95 inhabitants and it is 2,704 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Tepoztlán is 44 minutes away by car (31 km). It is the most populated town in the position #121 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Acatlaco, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2019.
