The town of San José Yugué belongs to the municipality of Villa de Tututepec de Melchor Ocampo (State of Oaxaca). There are 78 inhabitants and it is 16 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #56 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as Yugue, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2017.
