The town of Chujuk belongs to the municipality of Uayma (State of Yucatán). There are 2 inhabitants and it is 23 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Valladolid is 35 minutes away by car (31 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #5 in terms of number of inhabitants.
The locality was formerly known as X'dzusuk, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2013, the locality changed its name.
