The town of Tlalapanco belongs to the municipality of San Andrés Cholula (State of Puebla). There are 15 inhabitants and it is 2,110 meters altitude. The Magical Town of San Pedro Cholula is 14 minutes away by car (10 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #20 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town decided to be annexed to San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo in the year 2010.

The town of Tlalapanco is located at 4.8 kilometers from Tlaxcalancingo (San Bernardino), which is the most populated locality in the municipality, in the Northeast direction. In addition, it is located at 1.5 kilometers from San Andrés Cholula, which is the capital of the municipality, in the North direction.
