The town of Tlacozintla belongs to the municipality of Lolotla (State of Hidalgo). There are 52 inhabitants and it is 1,502 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Metztitlán is 48 minutes away by car (41 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #25 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Tlacotzintla. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
