The town of Tepetzintla (San Luis Potosí) belongs to the municipality of Tampacán. There are 143 inhabitants and it is 163 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Xilitla is 79 minutes away by car (54 km). In the list of the most populated towns of the whole municipality, it is the number #28 of the ranking.
The locality was formerly known as Tepezintla, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2010.
