The town of Tepexicuicuil belongs to the municipality of Jaltocán (State of Hidalgo). There are 117 inhabitants and it is 194 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #10 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as El Cerro Tepexicuicuitl. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2000.
