The town of Xoyatla belongs to the municipality of Tepeojuma (State of Puebla). There are 745 inhabitants and it is 1,463 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Atlixco is 32 minutes away by car (27 km). It is the most populated town in the position #3 of the whole municipality.
You may know this town as Santa María Xoyatla, because this was its former name. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2014.
