The town of San Sebastián belongs to the municipality of Tecamachalco (State of Puebla). There are 80 inhabitants and it is 2,063 meters altitude. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #32 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as San Sebastián (Cerro el Mirasol). The Mexican authorities declared this village as uninhabited in 2020.
