The town of Rancho San Antonio (Zacatecas) belongs to the municipality of Luis Moya. The Magical Town of Pabellón de Hidalgo is 66 minutes away by car (46 km). It is the most populated town in the position #45 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as San Miguel, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2014.
