The town of Jacarandas (Veracruz) belongs to the municipality of Tierra Blanca. There are 12 inhabitants and it is 60 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #365 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as San Manuel, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2019, the locality changed its name.
