The town of San Antonio (Nuevo León) belongs to the municipality of García. There are 3 inhabitants and it is 1,247 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Arteaga is 65 minutes away by car (55 km).

The locality was formerly known as San Antonio de los Alamos, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
