The town of Los Sánchez belongs to the municipality of Meoqui (State of Chihuahua). There are 5 inhabitants and it is 1,148 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #126 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Rancho los Sánchez, but changed its name a few years ago. The Mexican census of 2020 decided to declare this community as uninhabited.
