The town of Los Nogales (Oaxaca) belongs to the municipality of San Lorenzo Cacaotepec. There are 18 inhabitants and it is 1,578 meters altitude. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #11 in terms of number of inhabitants.
The locality was formerly known as Rancho el Ensueño, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2015.
