The town of Puente Irapeo (Michoacán) belongs to the municipality of Charo. There are 40 inhabitants and it is 1,947 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Cuitzeo del Porvenir is 64 minutes away by car (51 km). In the list of the most populated towns of the whole municipality, it is the number #66 of the ranking.

The locality was formerly known as Puente Blanco, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
