The town of Palita (Puebla) belongs to the municipality of Coxcatlán. There are 9 inhabitants and it is 1,227 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Huautla de Jiménez is 59 minutes away by car (45 km). It is the most populated town in the position #32 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Pala. In the year 2013, the locality changed its name.
