The town of San Felipe Orizatlán (Cab.) belongs to the municipality of San Felipe Orizatlán (State of Hidalgo). There are 7,037 inhabitants and it is 175 meters altitude. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #1 in terms of number of inhabitants.
The locality was formerly known as Orizatlán (Cab.), but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2016.
