The town of Zamná belongs to the municipality of Baca (State of Yucatán). There are 5 inhabitants and it is 4 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Motul de Carrillo Puerto is 24 minutes away by car (23 km). It is the most populated town in the position #11 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Nok Ak, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2019.
