The town of Mascareña (Casas del Ferrocarril) belongs to the municipality of Nogales (State of Sonora). There are 27 inhabitants and it is 1,152 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #18 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as Mascareñas, but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
