The town of Mantezulel belongs to the municipality of Aquismón (State of San Luis Potosí). There are 557 inhabitants and it is 291 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Aquismón is 6 minutes away by car (5 km). It is the most populated town in the position #31 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Manté tzulel (Mantezulel). This town decided to change its name in the year 2010.
