The town of Tlapacoya (Puebla) belongs to the municipality of Tlapacoya. There are 77 inhabitants and it is 1,030 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Xicotepec is 39 minutes away by car (33 km). In the list of the most populated towns of the whole municipality, it is the number #16 of the ranking.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Los Vázquez. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
