The town of Los Huizapoles belongs to the municipality of Puerto Vallarta (State of Jalisco). It's a beach town: the beach of Playas Vallarta is 16 km away. The Magical Town of Sayulita is 54 minutes away by car (54 km).

You may know this town as La Zarca, because this was its former name. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2014.
