The town of Aguacaliente belongs to the municipality of Mocorito (State of Sinaloa). There are 10 inhabitants and it is 66 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Mocorito is 12 minutes away by car (10 km). It is the most populated town in the position #191 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as La Presa Aguacaliente. The Mexican census of 2020 decided to declare this community as uninhabited.
