The town of Santa Teresa (Querétaro) belongs to the municipality of San Joaquín. There are 28 inhabitants and it is 1,080 meters altitude. The Magical Town of San Joaquín is 22 minutes away by car (15 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #48 in terms of number of inhabitants.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as La Polvareda. This town decided to change its name in the year 2015.
