The town of San Vicente belongs to the municipality of Epitacio Huerta (State of Michoacán). There are 139 inhabitants and it is 2,493 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Amealco de Bonfil is 23 minutes away by car (23 km). It is the most populated town in the position #42 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as La Lagartija (San Vicente), but changed its name a few years ago. In the year 2017, the locality changed its name.
