The town of Isidoro Nocelo belongs to the municipality of Natívitas (State of Tlaxcala). The Magical Town of Huejotzingo is 18 minutes away by car (16 km). In the list of the most populated towns of the whole municipality, it is the number #40 of the ranking.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Isidro Nocelo. In the year 2010, this location joined San Juan Tepactepec. In the year 2003, the locality changed its name.
