The town of Rancho Lomo (Oaxaca) belongs to the municipality of San Andrés Paxtlán. There are 35 inhabitants and it is 2,325 meters altitude. Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #14 in terms of number of inhabitants.
This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Güilotes. In the year 2015, the locality changed its name.
