The town of Granja Palomas (State of Mexico) belongs to the municipality of Cuautitlán. There are 12 inhabitants and it is 2,244 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Tepotzotlán is 15 minutes away by car (13 km).

The locality was formerly known as Barrio Tlatenco, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2010.
