The town of Los Arteaga belongs to the municipality of Pánuco (State of Veracruz). There are 3 inhabitants and it is 21 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #480 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Enrique Arteaga de León, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2019.
