The town of El Sabino (Hidalgo) belongs to the municipality of Atotonilco el Grande. There are 48 inhabitants and it is 1,432 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Mineral del Chico is 41 minutes away by car (32 km). It is the most populated town in the position #54 of the whole municipality.

This town has recently changed its name. It used to be known as Colonia El Sabino. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2020.
