The town of Mazariegos (Chiapas) belongs to the municipality of Suchiate. There are 12 inhabitants and it is 13 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #44 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as El Campito, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2015.
