The town of El Cebadal belongs to the municipality of Singuilucan (State of Hidalgo). There are 95 inhabitants and it is 2,761 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Zempoala is 31 minutes away by car (25 km). It is the most populated town in the position #29 of the whole municipality.
The locality was formerly known as Ejido Texcaltitla, but changed its name a few years ago. This town decided to change its name in the year 2014.
