The town of Los Chavarría belongs to the municipality of Reynosa (State of Tamaulipas). There are 10 inhabitants and it is 30 meters altitude. It is the most populated town in the position #107 of the whole municipality.

The locality was formerly known as Echavarría, but changed its name a few years ago. The inhabitants of this community decided to change its name in 2014.
