The town of Colonia el Pirame belongs to the municipality of Ocoyoacac (State of Estado de México). There are 914 inhabitants and it is 2,577 meters altitude. The Magical Town of Metepec is 33 minutes away by car (23 km). Of all the towns in the municipality, it occupies the number #9 in terms of number of inhabitants.

You may know this town as El Piráme, because this was its former name. In the year 2010, the locality changed its name.
